Question: I want to upgrade the size of the diamond in my wedding ring. any advice?

Should I go back to the (small, privately- owned) jeweler from which the ring was originally purchased - - would this be the way to get the best deal?

Usually you are going to receive around 50% back of the Original purchase price and they have certain restrictions (have to buy something $xyz more than they stone you are trading in). I would look at whiteflash.com. They have a wonderful life time upgrade policy at which any time they will give you 100% of the diamond purchase price! Normally u should get a better price if u go to the jeweler where u bought the pc. they hope u will bring more customers to him like this way! good luck!
